Theologians (Rosenmueller, De Wette, and Ewald) have maintained that Psalm 19 is really two psalms or hymns mistakenly joined together because of the disjuncture at Verse 7. Henry M. Morris, however sees one psalm here where God’s revelation is shown both in the Bible and pre-Biblically. He calls this one of the most magnificent writings in the Bible and indeed in all literature.
